The fastest way to send money to an overseas account is electronically with a telegraphic transfer.

Telegraphic transfers are the preferred method to make large value international payments as they are processed quickly, cost-effectively and securely in over 130 currencies.

Draft

A draft (foreign currency cheque) can be posted overseas for the recipient to deposit directly into their account.

Drafts are an ideal payment method when you have small amounts to pay, or you do not know the banking details of the person you are sending money to. Drafts are available in over 25 currencies and are typically available within 72 hours of ordering.
