eStatements

Queenslanders Credit Union is pleased to announce the introduction of eStatements – a new service that will simplify your life by allowing you to receive and store your regular account statements within our NetBanking service.

eStatements removes the need to receive paper-based statements, ensuring you no longer need to wait for the mailman to arrive to check your statements. It also provides a great filing service as all statements are retained within NetBanking, making it easy to check a transaction from the past when you need it (such as at tax time).

And because you will be able to review the transactions before deciding if you want to print the page, we also anticipate that eStatements will significantly reduce our impact on the environment by limiting the number of statement pages that are actually printed.

Registering for eStatements is quick and easy and can be done from within your existing NetBanking sign-on.

Simply select "eStatements" in the left hand menu and follow the prompts. You will need to have a valid e-mail address loaded on your membership and be registered for our two-factor authentification (SMS or crypto password) services.

Alternatively, simply call our friendly team on 1800 QLDERS and we can look after the registration for you. It’s that easy!
