lost or stolen or if you are aware or suspect another person
knows or has used those details without your authority,
you will notify Queenslanders Credit Union Limited immediately;

Queenslanders Credit Union Limited may cancel your customer
member number or password at any time without notice if
Queenslanders Credit Union Limited believes either of those
are being misused.

You are solely responsible for your own personal computer
anti-virus and security measures to help prevent unauthorised
access via "net banking" to your transactions
and bank accounts;

You will be liable for loss of funds through any unauthorised
access to your accounts if you or any authorised user contributed
to the unauthorised access because:
(i)
your member number or password was disclosed to another
person;
(ii)
your member number or password was identified by another
person because a record was kept without a reasonable
attempt made to disguise it; or
(iii)
Queenslanders Credit Union Limited was not notified as
soon as you became aware your customer member number or
password could be used by another person;

Queenslanders Credit Union Limited may delay acting upon
an instruction or may ask you or an authorised user for
further information before acting on the instruction where
the instruction is to transfer funds or to perform a bill
payment transaction. Instructions will not be acted upon
by Queenslanders Credit Union Limited:
(i)
when they are not permitted by terms and conditions of
your relevant account(s); or
(ii)
where the funds in your relevant account(s) are insufficient
to comply with the instructions;

When Queenslanders Credit Union Limited has received instructions
from you for more than one payment from any of your accounts,
Queenslanders Credit Union Limited will determine the order
o priority in which those payments are to be made;

Queenslanders Credit Union Limited may withdraw or deny
access to the "net banking" service or to this
web site without notice to you for any reason;

You will be liable for and indemnify Queenslanders Credit
Union Limited, its employees, servants and agents against
any loss or damage Queenslanders Credit Union Limited may
suffer because you or any authorised user do not observe
your obligations under these terms or acted negligently
or fraudulently when using this web site;

This agreement and your relation ship with Queenslanders
Credit Union Limited pursuant to this agreement is governed
by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you unconditionally
and irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of that state for the purpose of resolving
any disputes pursuant to this agreement;
