We’re aware of a suspicious email being sent to members of other credit unions asking members to revalidate their account for security purposes.

This is a scam and has not been issued by the credit unions involved. Queenslanders will not notify you of new security measures or changes via email.

If you receive an email that appears to be from Queenslanders informing you of new security measures via email, do not open it. This may be harmful to your computer and put your personal information at risk.

Should you receive an email, we would encourage you to also advise us or scamwatch.gov.au of the incident.
