Looking at the ANZ’s and Commonwealth Bank’s conduct of late – you’d think they’ve been getting customer care tips from ‘Barbara the Bank Manager’.
So we thought we’d help anyone who has a home loan with these banks send a clear message that consumers DO have a choice – and they’re prepared to exercise it.
