Queenslanders Credit Union offers our sincere apologies to any members who experienced difficulties conducting EFTPOS and ATM transactions on Saturday.
The problem occurred when the company that provides the link between the national network of ATMs and EFTPOS terminals and most Australian credit unions had an unexpected computer failure.
While the issue was outside our control, we worked hard over the weekend to ensure that any funds incorrectly debited from member accounts were refunded and we will continue to monitor transactions.
