ATM and PhoneBanking outage

Description:
Members will be unable to access any ATM with their Queenslanders Visa Debit or rediCARD for a period of about two minutes tonight.
This is a necessary outage while we upgrade our systems. The outage will occur at some time between 7pm and 8.15pm but will only last a few minutes.
Any member who experiences difficulty using an ATM should wait and try again in a couple of minutes. No EFTPOS services will be affected by this outage.
PhoneBanking will also be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes, but there will be no interruption to NetBanking.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
