Queenslanders Credit Union is a community owned financial institution established in 1963. With a fun loving and proactive team we aim to identify and meet all of the personal banking and insurance needs of our customers at locations across the state.  

This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person to lead the general banking, personal lending and insurance functions of the Call Centre. You’ll guide the Call Centre through its next stage of growth, ensuring that processes, technologies and people development keeps pace with the expectations of the business.

An inspirational leader, you will empower your team into achieving high performance whilst maintaining optimum quality and compliance. A strategic thinker you will be a key member of the team and focused on opportunities to build and maintain our customer base and position in the market.

Formal Banking and Finance qualifications will be well regarded but not essential. The successful applicant will however already have a proven record building business in a financial institution call centre and be able to demonstrate knowledge and application of contemporary Call Centre management principles.
