Update…CGU Insurance Claims and Enquiries

CGU has advised that they are processing claims as quickly as possible and has called upon its national network to support our members and staff impacted by flooding in Queensland.

Any CGU customer who needs to make a claim should contact the 24-hour claims service line as soon as possible on 1800 252 461.

Having the following information to hand will help CGU lodge your claim as quickly as possible:

•  Your policy number
•  The contact name and phone number of the person holding the policy
•  A loss description
•  Details of the location where the loss occurred
•  Details of any property damaged

CGU has further advised Queenslanders that the best contact numbers for our members to use are as follows:
