Market leading customer satisfaction continues

The latest banking customer satisfaction research reveals the customer owned banking sector is outperforming the major banks.

The Roy Morgan Research data for February 2013 found that for customer satisfaction in the Main Financial Institution category, the customer owned sector result was a high 91.8%, compared with the major four banks at 81.3%.

Queenslanders Credit Union CEO John Weier said the results indicate the strength of credit unions, building societies and mutual banks across local Australian communities.

Mr Weier urged Australian consumers to consider the excellent value products, services and outstanding customer satisfaction offered by Queenslanders Credit Union..
