Please complete the Loan Application form in full. In order to process your application quickly, please provide the following information with your application:
Your Income | Proof of ALL
income (this includes any income received from rental properties, pensions, etc).
If you are self employed please provide your full tax returns for the last two
years.) | If you are applying
in one name only | 1. You will need to disclose all
joint commitments on the application.
2. Proof of Income will be required
from joint borrower (we will then assess your application taking into account
only half of the repayments).
3. Please complete the joint borrowings/guarantee
