Proof of ALL income (this includes any income received from rental properties, pensions, etc). If you are self employed please provide your full tax returns for the last two years.

If you are buying a property

Copy of Contract (Please note: if you have already signed a contract, you are required to insure the building, please contact one of our Service Consultants for an obligation free quote)

If you are building a property

1. Copy of Contract for land
2. Copy of the Builder’s Contract
3. Copy of the Council approved plans

If you are refinancing

1. Rates Notice showing Rates paid
2. Copy of Building Insurance
3. Bank statements or current home loan statements
4. Bank statements or invoices of debts to payout

Please include details and signatures for both applicants on your application.

Establishment Fee Payment

The establishment fee can be paid by one of the following payment options:

1. Mail a cheque/money order for $200 (being part payment of $595 establishment fee) with your application form. Note: If loan is secured by two properties, $400 will be required (being part payment of $895 establishment fee).
2. Authorise $200 (being part payment of $595 establishment fee) be debited from your Queenslanders Credit Union account.
