Adjustment to Schedule of Fees and Charges

At Queenslanders Credit Union we are owned by the customers for the benefit of the customers. Rather than achieving large profits, we aim to provide savings and benefits to our customers in the form of competitive rates and less fees.
Periodically we need to make adjustments to our fee structure to ensure fees stay as low as possible on your everyday banking activities.
The following changes to our Schedule of Fees and Charges will come into effect from 5 September, 2016.
- All Dishonour Fees (direct debit, member cheque and QuickDebit) will be adjusted to $20
- All Honour Fees (direct debit and member cheque) will be adjusted to $20
- The foreign currency conversion fee will be adjusted to 5% of the converted amount
