We look after members who hold multiple products with Queenslanders with a fee reduction system called “Loyalty Rebates”. The more products you hold, the more monthly Loyalty Rebates you earn. These Loyalty Rebates are offset against transaction costs you incur.

Transactions such as cash withdrawals at ATMs*, member chequing, periodical payments, EFTPOS purchases and withdrawals incur charges. Additional transactions over and above your Loyalty Rebate limit are charged at $1.10 per transaction.
