All you need is a phone or a computer with internet access to perform a number of banking transactions whenever you need to, from your home or office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To start using PhoneBanking you’ll need your member number and an Access Code. To obtain your Initial Access Code, call our office on (07) 3218 7206 or 1800 177 278.
To start using NetBanking, you’ll need your member number and an Access Password. To obtain your Initial Access Password, call us on (07) 3218 7206 or 188 177 278. On entering your Initial Access Password, you’ll be asked to select a Permanent Access Password of any size to ten characters (number, or letters or combination of both).
PhoneBanking and NetBanking allows you to:
- Pay your bills via BPAY ®
- Obtain balances for savings, loans and investment accounts.
- Check transaction information
- Transfer money between accounts
- Transfer money between linked memberships
- Redraw from your mortgage (PhoneBanking only)
- Access account statements
- Check interest earnings
- Request a “fax-back statement” when you phone, or print your own statements when you’re NetBanking
Both PhoneBanking and NetBanking are fee-free services (Transaction fees may apply).

If you have accounts with other financial institutions and you use their phone and Internet banking facilities, simply transfer money to your Queenslanders Savings or Loan Account.

Of course you can always deposit money into your Queenslanders Savings or Loan account in person at one of our branches click here for a list of our branches.
